We make the booking as convenient and fast as possible for you. Book Online here or call 92300355. Our customer care team will then WhatsApp or email you to fill in a Short Agreement & declaration form and proceed on for online payment. Our therapist will then head down to your place. It is that Simple.

Home service is available on Mondays to Sunday, from 10am to 9pm. Last appointment booking is 730pm.

To make it convenient, we allow customers to book as near as 2hours to the booking timing.

Our cancellation policy:

  • 100% Refund when you can cancel more than 3hrs before your booking timing.
  • 50% Refund when you can cancel 2h before your booking timing.
  • No Refund when you cancel with less than 1hr before your booking timing.

All our therapists are trained by local and overseas trainers in TCM knowledge. They work directly for Joyre TCMedi Spa with proper certification, work pass and license. In additional, we seek your respect towards our service crew. We do not tolerate any physical, verbal abuse, promotion of other business agendas or interest, or any form of harassment towards our staff.
